A Message From the President/CEO

It was my dream years ago to one day provide people with a cost effective way to express themselves and their businesses on the internet and then maintain it without it costing them a fortune.

Many companies say they offer low cost websites, yet they lack the dynamic fundamentals, features and most importantly, the support.

We don’t sell gimmicks, and we hide nothing! As a customer service manager for many years I learned how to work with and work for people. I have always made it a point in my career to be upfront and honest because at the end of the day we need satisfied clients to grow.

Mike DeBaise - President/CEO

History Timeline

	In February 2008 Trial by Fire Web Design, LLC. was founded and created by Mike DeBaise and officially recognized by the State of Virginia as a business entity.

While building the client base it was discovered there needed to be a “system” to manage client content and support request. At the end of the same month a system was found and implemented.

	In October of 2009 we became a Registered Partner with Microsoft® which provided us with the training and the tools needed to evolve internally as well as offer solutions to clients.

Rounding out the rest of 2009 we joined the Microsoft® WebsiteSpark Program which entitled us to some significant development tools and resources to provide to our clients.

	In an effort to justify our goals, the service being provided and our high expectations, we obtained accreditation by the Better Business Bureau.

In March of 2010 a new member was added and with it a new approach to business. Nathan DeBaise officially joined the company as the Vice President and enabled us to become a family owned and operated business.

	In May of 2010, after months of research and evaluations, we injected a world class customer relations management tool into our day to day operations. With Microsoft Dynamics CRM, we can take our business and clients to the next level !
