President/ CEO
Trial by Fire Web Design, LLC. was founded in February of 2008 because of my love for website development, and my hobby for many years. During the course of my career, I've obtained some skills relating to being a successful business owner. One of these skills, which I believe is the most important is the ability to interact and communicate with people. Working as a customer service manager in the retail industry for over five years has really put into perspective what great customer relations one should have and understand. Another valuable tool I've acquired over the years is total project management. Total project management is the ability to take a concept as a sketch on paper and create a tangible working product from it. Utilizing the latest technologies and workflows for any project, whether it's an "off the shelf" product or a website, can prove to be a successful and cost effective way to get the job done, and done right!
Giving back to the community is another opportunity which I have taken and taken seriously. Since 2000 I have been an active member of the Hamilton Vol. Fire Department. At the department I've served as an active firefighter and also as the president of the department for the past three years. Among my duties as president I am responsible for implementing new and maintaining company policies, procedures and bylaws; chairing member and formal board of director meetings; assessing day to day operations; and interfacing with county fire personnel and leaders as well as the public. With this it's very important to me that I practice and maintain good communication with clients and the best overall work ethics possible.
