 Questions Answers

 Estimates
  •  Is there a charge for site estimates?
NO! I do not charge for site estimates.
  •  How long are site estimates good for?
Estimates are good for 30 days from the date on the estimate, mainly due to unannounced domain and web hosting pricing plan changes.
  •  What if the site takes longer to build then the estimate indicates?

If the estimate build time goes beyond the billing amount per the hours listed and this was my error, there is no additional charge for the extra hours! Subsequently if something is added to the site or a new project is added, the customer is responsible for the extra time need to be billed.

 Website
  •  How does DNN (DotNetNuke) sites differ from the more commonly created HTML sites?
DotNetNuke, is an open source web application written in Visual Basic for the ASP.NET framework. What does this mean to you? Simply put, it's a more dynamic website or web application for your visitors/customers.  For more information on DNN please click here.
  •  How long does it take to build a typical site?
If all information is ready to be uploaded, usually I can have a site up and running in a matter of a couple days. If you would like a more concrete time frame please contact me.
  •  Can I do more then what features are listed on the "Site Features" page?
ABSOLUTLY! The modules and descriptions are just generalized descriptions and in most cases each of those modules can do more! There are tons of 3rd party companies out there who create custom modules for nearly any application and depending how complex it is will depend greatly on the cost factor.
  •  What forms of payment are accepted and the terms.
Currently I am accepting Cash, Check, and Paypal Payments. Receipts can be received for each payment type upon request. Initial site builds require a 50% deposit at the start of the project and the remaining 50% once the site is completed. Content Management subscription fees are NET30.
