Keeping your customers interested and attracting new visitors is important to a successful web site. We recommend one of the four service levels of the Maintenance Subscriptions to help keep your web site up to date and attracting more traffic. Each of the levels has its very own features tailored to most users depending on their site size and use.

Branding Removal

You may now remove the branding from your site for a small one-time fee. Each site we build, we display a text link or graphic logo at the bottom as the site developer (usually displayed as: "Site by: Trial by Fire Web Design, LLC."). Furthermore, we also display a link in our portfolio section on our website that shows your site, what it consist of and a link to get to it. For those clients who wish to have one or both of these removed, here are the fees to do so.

* The response time is an estimate of time to turn around your request. Please note these times are based on basic content changes to the site and do not include new projects which revert back to your contract hourly rate.
** Additional User Accounts can be purchased for $20.00 per user per year.
*** If a module's update resolves a security issue it will be updated, otherwise it will not be.
**** A Skin Upgrade consists of an existing layout change, or new look for the site (Maximum value $125.00 and one (1) per year)
***** This is the total time spent on content changes for the year. Once the billable time amount is used up, the plan must be purchased again. The 6 Month and Monthly plans are divided respectfully based on the same hourly rate per year.
