We proudly support the products and services we offer including (but not limited to); website content management, email and email features, website hosting and hosted features and desktop/device configurations for hosted email configurations.
The support fee costs are listed to the right. All plans listed indicate what is included and what the cost is.
Support time is billed on a per minute basis. That's correct! We do not have billing minimums like most shops do where time is rounded to the nearest half or full hour. Our plans all are billed per minute so if you issue requires 8 minutes to complete, you are only billed for 8 minutes.
Support is managed in our helpdesk. The helpdesk is available 24 hours a day on the web. All requests for support must come through the helpdesk to ensure they are received and processed correctly. Additionally, all clients can login and view past tickets they have submitted (Open or Closed) as well as view articles to common questions or routine support requests.
