By default a client isn't granted Admin rights to their web portals. This is mainly due to the fact that there are some settings that could be changed that could effect the overall performance and operation of the site. Every client does have the right to obtain Admin rights, but we require that they sign a Policy Statement. The Policy Statement states that any changes made by the client that causes undesirable performance or general operation are NOT covered in the content management contract and will be billed at the standard hourly rate in order to restore the settings.
