 Billing
Article

Here is some information on how billing occurs with projects, content maintenance contracts, hosting etc.

  • Projects:
    • Customers must pay any outstanding invoices before new projects are started, regardless of size.
    • Customers must adhere to the requirements for deposits, change orders and balance due notices on proposals or invoices.
    • Customers must pay the balance of the invoice on new site development once site creation is complete and has been approved by the client.
  • Site Hosting/Domain Fees
    • If the customer pays TBFWD per month/year for their hosting fees, they must be paid one month in advance of the hosting due date. Example, if you hosting payment is due  August 15th, payment must be paid to TBFWD by July 15. This one month allows time for checks to clear and payment to be processed with hosting provider.
  • Content Management
    • Subscriptions must be current and paid in full before any changes will be performed on the site.
